
In addition to the jail time which begins immediately, 17-year-old Nick will also be on probation for the next 5 years, during which time he will serve 500 community service hours, not be allowed to drink any alcoho, or drive since his license will be revoked for 3 years.
People reports that the decision came Friday after pleading no contest to charges of felony reckless driving, stemming from the Aug. 6, 2007, car crash that left his best friend, John Graziano, in critical condition.
