To what many Beatles fans, including might self, might be possibly exciting news, to Yoko Ono it’s just another reason to piss her off.
Massachusetts-based World Wide Video has obtained rare footage of John Lennon smoking pot, writing songs and discussing putting LSD in President Richard Nixon’s tea.
Reuters reports that the court case will commence in Boston next week over whether the video should be made public.
The company claims ownership of nine hours of raw footage of the former Beatle and Ono that was filmed just weeks before the “Fab Four” broke up in 1970.
World Wide, a New England consortium of Beatles collectors, intends to release the black-and-white footage as a two-hour film titled “3 days in the life” about Lennon during a pivotal and turbulent time for the most celebrated band of the 1960s.
Naturally, Yoko is very opposed.
Rolling Stone magazine dubs it “awesome John Lennon footage you might never see.”

So who didn’t make videos like that in the 70’s? I am against bad morals but that is just what people did back then, they were bored. Who cares…well I can see the point that people would want to see the video, but I am sure it is nothing new or shocking.
