After being married for 7 years and producing a 5-year-old daughter, Wayne Brady and wife Mandy Brady called it quits when they filed for a divorce in April of 2006.

According to papers filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the pair cited irreconcilable differences. The divorce was just finalized this week.

Brady said in a statement,

Mandie is my best friend. We still love each other and we are raising our beautiful daughter Maile together as a team.

I hate that kind of comment. If someone is your best friend, you should be married to that person. Rough patches and struggles are not the same as a bad marriage. People are pathetic.
