The strike might be totally over, but the consequences are still very much present. One of my favorite shows, Entourage, has been brutally beaten by the strike…so much so that the fifth season debut has been pushed back until September. The HBO comedy may deliver 12 episodes instead of 14 — though creator Doug Ellin says he’s “writing as fast as I can” to reach 14.
This season, which starts shooting in late April, will pick up with the fallout from Cannes, where Vince’s Medellin tanked.

The group dynamic is changing. Eric [Kevin Connolly] is finding success on his own, grabbing other clients, and Vince [Adrian Grenier] is suddenly having a hard time.” The boys trek to Mexico and Joshua Tree National Park, where they’ll “eat some psychedelic mushrooms and try to find themselves. It’s one of my favorite episodes. It’s their Into the Wild trip.

I love Weeds, other than that I don’t like many others
I agree sir or mam or whatever, but that just means that you’ve never seen entourage. Just try it out, but start from season 1 and give it a few episodes to really let it hook you.

I love entourage. We have HBO just to watch this show. It’s a bummer that it will be delayed so long…After hearing that the show is delayed until september I think we will cancel HBO until this fall…
yeah, my only reason for having hbo was “weeds”, so I ended up just buying the dvd’s
HBO produces some of the finest tv shows out there. The Wire - rated one of the best tv shows ever made. Sex and the city, Sopranos and now Entourage. Can’t wait till this comes out.
They do produce some very high-quality material, I just happen to not like some of the subject matter (such as Entourage…I just don’t care lol)
