On Tuesday afternoon, Britney Spears went shopping at the Levi’s Store in Beverly Hills. Paparazzi. Chaos. Same ol’. I did, however, notice that her skin is peeling in all sorts of funky ways thanks to the excessive tanning beds.

She seems to be doing a whole lot better….but I think she is just trying to waste some time until her dad’s conservatorship is over….then she will be back out on the streets with Adnan and going to gas stations. She will find Sam Lufti and he will continue to drug her. She doesn’t appear to be very geniune. She acts like she is going along with it, because she is ‘grounded’ and cannot do what she wants to do. The fact that her dad was able to stabilize her and get her a driver and a bodyguard and help get her custody with her kids says a lot about the influence he has in her life…..a positive one!!! I want him to have conservatorship for at least 6 months….until this has become her routine….. I am rooting for her to be really genuine and humble after this experience and rebuild a relationship with her sons and do something good in her life. honestly her career should be the last thing she should be worried about. i don’t think she could handle the public scrutiny if they don’t appreciate her work…..look how she is acting……think about how many kids spend their money on her album and look how she treats them…..she doesn’t. she is very absorbed and selfish in herself……..i hope she truly focuses on her health and getting her children back and her life in order and maybe rebuilding relationships with her mom, dad, and sister Jaimie Lynn….
Def, it should all be about the kids. I think if her dad leaves and she does what she has to that is the true test. I think there would be a renewed repsect if she would just do things a normal mother does. I have to say, I have little faith any of that will happen.

The skin thing can be fixed, its not a big deal. I am sure Carolina’s skin looks even worse. What matters is that she is ok mentally and emotionally. Physical appearence is the last thing she needs to worry about right now.

I don’t know that she’ll ever TRUELY be ok. Before her dad took over, I gave it until November…and then in November we’d all wake up to the headline “Britney found Dead in Bev. Hills Hotel” or something silly like that. If her dad can stick around and make HER his full time job, like he should have been doing, oh, 10 or 12 years ago, she might actually see 2009!! But in mid January, I said she’d be lucky to see it.

Also, somebody needs to do their research. That’s not what happens after excessive tanning bed use. Actual sun tanning, yes, but only after you’ve really really damaged your skin. You don’t peel to different skin colors from a booth-unless you get burned and in that case she’d be bright red. If that were true, we’d be seeing tons of people with the same thing. I just graduated college where there were plenty of girls who went tanning too much and that is not what they looked like at all. I think some of the people who said it looks like she had the spray tan are right. A real tan from a booth (15 minutes is a full day in the sun) doesn’t flake off like that. Her skin is way too light colored for that to have happened.
I think you will probably find shes had a skin peel recently which would also explain why her acne seems to have mysteriously disappeared…
Dude she is using a fake tanner and it is peeling. I know, I used one and it left my skin just like that. It’s from her skin shedding and that dye or whatever it is growing out. All she needs to do is get a buff puff or some other mild exfoliant and she will be back to normal.
