Here’s the catch: Whenever the kids visit in a “therapeutic setting”, Jamie Spears and Brit’s psychiatrist must be present.
TMZ states that both sides are impressed at how Jamie has stabilized Britney, and that’s a core reason why a deal was struck.
Brit Brit will probably see her kids again very soon.

Well said, love and affection. i can only hope when kevins lawyers and Britneys family have got the millions they want from her, and the rest has been spent on dozens of security to jail her or protect her from the pap onslaught that has occured following people pushing for her to take medication that was not right for her, as her only option if she wanted to see her kids. i can only hope that after everyone has pushed to get all her money off her, then perhaps they will stop harrassing her.
The people they hurt the most are the two small boys who have had their mother wrenched off them. i do believe when the video of Britney completely distraught to hand them over at her last visitation access, this video shows her beign taken to teh hospital in dreadful pain at knowing she could not hand her baby over. What mother who loves her babies would not have done the same. So the boys will always know the agony their mother was going through at the lawyers and judges pushing for her to have little time with the babies. Since when does a funny hair style mean people lose their kids. We have people like Whitney Houston being video taped surrounded by crack pipes in her bathroom and being ejected from crack houses but retaining full custody of her child. We have Britney having a funny hair style and losing custody. Then when she was crazy with grief at losing nearly all access, people said she needed locking up.
i think in hollywood they focus on hair styles or such. They do not know that it is normal to love your children so much you are in deep grief to lose them.

i think that is torture to be told to have to take things that make you look and seem troubled, but if you do not take them you are told you have no hope of ever seeing your kids.
i believe that kfed will wake up and realize that if he keeps pushing for the children to have their mother taken off them, then the chances that the kids will like him when they are old enough to understand who took their mother off them are not high. When people realize Ms spears spent millions on kfeds music career but then he said she is not worthy to see his kids after his dope smoking and other activities, i do not know if he keeps the kids with no mother whether he would have a friend in the world soon. Then if Ms Spears father who has taken pills and alcohol all his life till his recent rehab, then he has spent his whole life to overcome the pain that he lost his mother when he was a child. i think he will wake up and not force his grandchildren to lose their mother and endure a lifetime of hurt.
i believe after people have got the money they want from her, that basically they will not hurt the babies any more. i believe those concerned would not want to see those babies go through the hell.

This is good news. Her dad has apparently stabilized Britney to the point where she is able to see her kids again. The thing is…does she still love them? Does she WANT to see them? I hope so, I really hope that this is the first step towards Britney becoming normal again. I hope she has a long talk with her children and can apologize for everything she has done. They may be small children, but even babies can sense emotions.
Yes, she should really go in-depth with her kids. At 1 and 2 year-old I am SURE they will appreciate the rationale of chemical imbalance, disgusting user friends, and the ravages that mental health plays on someone until they are properly treated. OF COURSE she wants to see them!!! Maybe you should study a bit more in-depth why people behave the way they do when their body’s chemistry is out of whack. It is not a choice, it is an illness. The choice is now her’s because she is thinking rationally and can look back and realize the great benefits that taking PROPER medication can bring and hold herself accountible to ensure she never goes off her meds.

I think she loves them and wants to see them, but to be an every day parent is another thing. You can’t drag children who will soon be 2 and 3 shopping and tanning. The park is pretty much out of the question since the paparazzi surround everything, but there are other places she can take her sons that the BOYS will enjoy. I read that Federline doesn’t even WANT them full time- to quote, “it’s just too much”. I couldn’t believe he felt that way- I hate even leaving the girls for work. They’re little such a small amount of time. Neither of them win parent of the year, but maybe eventually splitting custody will work out for their need for freedom. Hopefully these baby steps will begin her in the right direction.

She’ll just toss them aside like dolls when she gets tired of having to actually parent. It’s easy to say she wants the kids when she knows it’s not full time. When it was full time, she spent more time shopping, stuffing her face and in clubs. Sean had some time with her, but Jayden didn’t have a chance, she was too busy trying to piss her ex off. When and if she ever gets them back she will tire of taking care of them day in and day out it’s too much effort and way too self less. I hope those kids have some seriously strong spirits because just money can’t take care of them.

britney will not toss her kids around like dolls, brit is doing a lot better now and she loves her children, give the woman a chance i think she is still a very sweet but lonely woman, her family has helped her alot, and besides i’m bipolar and so is brit sometimes it’s hard for a person with a mental issue to really show their feelings but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t care for her boys, she probably care more then anyone knows, thing about it.
I know as a mother that I don’t know what I would do if I couldn’t see my babies. SO I’m happy for Britney.
i am glad she gets to see her children again. i think that her dad did the right thing. i am in his corner. she is more normal that she has been in a long time. it is nice to see her without losers like sam and alli trying to bring her down. she can pull this together and regain her life back. most importantly she gets to spend time with her sons whom she loves very much.
