Who said she was molested? The only thing I recall of that sort was the discussion about Dissociative Identity Disorder being caused by severe childhood trauma (usually sexual abuse), and how it was damned unlikely she had been molested and therefore it was pretty unlikely she was a multiple.
That was a discussion yesterday, that said some of her disorders are CORRELATED NOT NECESSARILY CAUSED by extreme abuse and molestation. It’s a possibility, but we have no proof. You can take them in two ways: either he firmly believes he is in the right and is protecting Brit from her evil parents, or else you can take them like his is the steretypical villain who admits his plans for world conquest ten seconds before the hero kkills him. You can either take the one statement to mean that he will kill Brit if her parents intervene, or else that he believes that any intervention by them will end up with her death. Obviously this man, is dangerous, and if he believes that he is doing what is right for her, then that makes him more dangerous still. Regardless, his behaviour and knowledge of Brit’s condition, as described above, are incorrect and dangerous practices. He needs to be removed from her life forever.

Yes, if your dog refuses it’s meds you stuff it into a hot dog…the same ggoes for children, ederly and often the mentally ill. He may in fact be chopping up only the good meds that Brit was prescribed and Lynne simply panicked. However, this would prove that Brit is not cooperating with her therapist, and one must wonder why Sam took this extreme step instead of allowing the therapist to hospitalize Brit sooner. And of course, this begs the question: how much of what did he give her. I firmly believe that this is what HKS did to Anna Nicole. You start by giving prescribed meds to the person, and on a good day Anna was too dumb to pay attention to what was given her, and over time you increase the meds to dangerous levels, and substitute the bad. Not good at all.

If there is any truth in these matters, they can not stop at just a restraining order. They need to test Brit to see what drugs and how much are in her system. They also need to subpeona Brit’s lawyers/therapist to find out what was wrong with Brit and how much they knew, and how much Sam knew about her situation. Then they need to prove that Brit did not take these drugs willingly, and that there was a level of medication in her system not consistant with her prescription. THEN THEY NEED TO LAUNCH A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OF SAM AND TAKE HIM FOR COURT FOR CRIMINAL ABUSE. Simply taking a restraining order against him is not enough, and by itself will not prove that everything Lynne has stated actually happened as she stated. And a restraining order will not prevent Brit from returning to Sam. Why do you think he’s blasting her parents to the media? Because if she walks out of the hospital still hating her parents, then she will see him as an ally and return to him as battered/abused women often do. If however, these charges could be proved, and he was in jail, then she could not return. And if Lynne really believes that her daughter was drugged. THEN WHY THE FUCK IS SHE NOT PRESSING CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST HIM?????????????????????????????????????????????
Her house needed to be sealed off and treated like a crime scene. They needed to search for bottles, they needed to look for dust and fragments of the drugs. They needed to find out what doctors prescribed what to Britney and why, and whether they did so legally/ethically. We already have a police statement by Jamie that her house was broken into and that they believe Sam was the burglar, but other than this statement by Lynne as part of a restraining order, there seems to be no movement in the way of pressing charges against this guy for criminal mischief, and if she firmly has reason to believe these charges are true, then it needs to be done now.

The break in were Sam was suspected of stealing sex tapes could have been smoke and mirrors. If he was really druging her and had nefarious motives, then that visit was to make sure any drugs (prescription and otherwise) were removed from that house. If he was really drugging her, then he probably has the house swept clean, and it may too late to prove it now. And if the cops think only a couple of sex tapes are missing, then they won’t have as strong a motivation to go after him. If anything ever happens to Brit, and if Sam is anywhere around when it happens, then the eyes of history will look back with this same question. Why no criminal investigation?

That’s why this information was leaked to the press so Sam could no exactly what they suspect him of. And that’s why there so far has been no search of her house. If they had, it’s miraculous that they there would have been enough cop cars at her home to tip off the press just like when they searched MJ’s Neverland. If there is not an investigation, then there needs to be, because as it stands now, either Lynne or else who ever reported this is lying, or else it looks more Lynne doesn’t care that the man man have threatened her daughter’s life and only wants him out of the picture so she can control her and the money.

You can’t just make accusations like this. If all he did was chop up her authorized prescriptions because she was too far gone, then his actions were misguided but not necessarily criminally negligent, and he does not deserve to have his name drug thru the mud for “drugging Britney.” But if he was giving her things that she should not have been taking against her will, as implied by this report, then he should be charged with criminal mischief, and motive would imply that if she died, he stood to inherit her money rather than her family. If Lynne thinks this guy acted improperly then she needs to face up to the fact that Anna Nicole was not the first woman to ever be poisoned for her money and she will not be the last, the only way to prove these accusations is to investigate Sam, the therapist and the source of any drugs found in Britney.

IF Sam was “caught” then he would behind bars. I don’t know what the cops are doing and neither do you, but this report should not have been leaked. Sam doesn’t need to know what he’s done, but if he knows what’s being investigated, then he knows what to hide and who to pay off if he hasd not already. The police did not issue this report, so if Lynne or Brit’s peeps leaked this info to the press then they are guilty of tampering with an investigation, and if the acusations are true, and Sam is never caught, then they may have been the reason for that. Why would they risk it unless the money they recieved for the leak was more important than Brit’s life?

It’s impressive that the L.A. police department could ahve serached her house without parking several cars in front of her house and wothout brining out boxes to be stored into vans. This is what Lynn Spears told the court under oath. How much of it is true, I don’t know, and don’t claim to know, but nobody “leaked” it. They went to the courthouse and legally got a copy of a public document. Nothing sinister about it.
