PageSix reports that Britney Spears‘ legal team has been instructed by the her family not to talk to Sam Lutfi.
This move follows reports that the situation at Brit’s Beverly Hills pad became extreme tense as Britney’s parents argued with Sam over her wellbeing.

About time, and hopefully her legal team will heed the advice of her family (especially since their request to drop Brit means they know how bad she is), but this won’t prevent Brit from getting back with Sam once she is out of the hospital. And if she wants Sam or anyone else to her legal representative, since she’ll probablly continue to hate her family after this, then it wouldn’t be surprising if she did move to a new legal team or signed the necessary documents in a hurry upon her release from the hospital. She is still vulnerable to people like Sam, so hopefully they can reach her before she runs back to him.

At least her family (all of them apart from her boys) are by her side at long last. I have a feeling that it quite simply is too little too late, this should have been done months ago, before it got this bad.
Looks like Bryan has been watching too may Steven Segal movies…that or britters hired him as a bodyguard….

Bipolar illness is nothing to fool around with. I have had personal family experience in this matter. All her drinking/driving/sexcapades/shopping and lack of sleep are all classic signs of bi polar. She feels uphoric and that she is invincable. When in a manic state she will get into fights with people with the littlest of provocation. Her family needs to realize she is missing a critical chemical in her brain…seratonine..thats produced when you sleep. Manic states are usually closely followed by depressive states and often suicidal thoughts. The family and Brittany needs to understand its a chemical imbalance not a mental issue, similar to diabetic or someone with a thyroid problem. Its just a missing chemical and once its replaced she be back to her brilliant self. But she has to stay on her meds even if she thinks she’s getting better. She has to find the right cocktail of sleeping and mood stabilizers (not just lithium). Hope she gets the help she needs. This is a manageable disorder.

But Sam seems to be the only one looking out for Britney, he mom sure hasn’t. She couldn’t be bothered to get up from her manicure to help at Brit’s house, and she didn’t even want her commited, even though that is exactly what she needs. I am on team Sam, and seem to be the only one who is.

I found that rather shocking myself, when it’s obviously what she needs, no matter if she is crazy, just drugged up, or just putting on a big show and in front of the cameras so much she lost her perspective. Hiding britney in Malibu would help her as much as when she hid in Mexico, which was part of her major downfall.

And I still think that Adnan and his coke connection played a big part in the whole thing. But yet Lynne keeps him close and kicks out Sam who was in the process of getting brit committed. Sam was also part of britney’s downfall and it’s probably best he’s gone too, but now she’s left with a pack of wolves. Not only was The World’s Second Worst Mother getting a manicure at a crucial time, but at this very moment I bet she’s calling all the mags, with Adnan’s help, and trying to cash in on the whole thing.
