Britney Spears will sue photographer Dani Brubaker. Why? Well because Brubaker took family portraits of Brit and her sons Sean and Jayden in November, and despite writing a entry on her personal blog stating that her “integrity was not for sale”, she still went ahead and sold the pics to OK! magazine for a reported fee of “one million dollars.”
Right. Everyone has a price. The cover you see above is one of the photos in question.
The photographer, however, offered no apologies for selling the pictures and even said that the proceeds would be donated to charity. Yes, because that’s supposed to make things all better. Whatever, I’m sure it helps her sleep at night.
Page Six’s source reports that “all legal options are being explored at this time. Brubaker must be dealt with, and Britney will absolutely proceed in the very least to sue her.”
This is EXACTLY why Britney keeps getting screwed over. Respecting her privacy? Forget that crap! No matter who the person is, no matter what they say, eventually it all comes down to money. This is really unjust and disgusting on the photographer’s part, especially because the bitch said her “integrity wasn’t for sale” back in December.

On the other hand, one wonders why Britney didn’t get a confidentiality agreement, or whatever legal name there would be on photographs taken for private use. Legally, the photographer holds the copyright on the photos (although with the right contract, you can get that, too), but it shouldn’t be too difficult to get a simple clause to prevent them from being sold without the consent of the subjects, or something similar.

Well, that occurred to me, too. Maybe Britney could manage to get her lawyers to draw up the paperwork and such, but then she’d probably get to court to testify and suddenly have one of her famous attacks of “I’m scare of paparazzi” and just not show up or go off to church and lunch or shopping or something. So probably the photographer doesn’t have much to worry about (other than than being a sellout sleaze, of course).
