When all the pregnant ladies of Hollywood come out in a magazine cover and discuss what to expect and what to NOT expecting when they are expecting. Yesterday it was Jennifer Lopez, and today it’s Halle Berry in the February issue of InStyle.
My skin is aglow from all the hormones. I want to stay pregnant forever.
Right now I just have so much joy and energy that I feel like I’ve already done 12 things today. I can just go and go and go.
Berry, who’s claims not to know the gender of her child, is decorating the nursery in neutral colors and hasn’t even decided up on name. Then again, she says: ” ‘Isn’t She Lovely,’ by Stevie Wonder, has been playing a lot in our house. And for some reason, that song keeps coming up on my iPod too – even though it’s on shuffle. We’re like, ‘It’s a sign! It’s a girl!’ ”
Other highlights:
“As you might imagine, all I’m reading are books about pregnancy and motherhood. Right now, for example, it’s Family First, by Dr. Phil.”
“When I got pregnant, I stopped drinking diet soda because of the caffeine and aspartame.”
“When someone is your life partner and he really cares about something, it’s important to care about it as well, you know? So I started taking [golf] lessons and got bitten by the bug.”

She wants to stay pregnant forever? HAHAHAH!!! That’ll change. Those last few weeks when your pelvis aches all the time and you can’t breathe from having someone’s feet or bottom pushed up into your diaphragm and you’ve got constant heartburn because your internal organs are all smooshed up where they don’t belong will make almost any woman long for labour…
That confirms it for me, no kids! Thanks!
I seriously cannot stand this woman. This mother-to-be adopted her ex-husband’s daughter legally and now is completely cut off from her BY CHOICE. She adopted her and then lost interest. When you adopt someone, you become the parent. Does she now just have interest because this is a biological child? UGH.
jenn. how do you know/
halle looks great. only she could pull of the white as big as she is with baby.
