According to Splash News, Kevin Federline has launched a legal battle to prevent Britney Spears from seeing her new boyfriend, Adnan “Pap-Smear” Ghalib.
A source revealed that he is investigating Adnan’s immigration status,
Kevin’s team want him sent home, if he hasn’t got his papers in order. They also plan to bring Adnan before the court to explain why he took Britney into hiding when she really needed further medical attention.
Kevin and his legal team want to get Britney away from him, dating a photographer is like sleeping with the enemy, they are concerned he is not looking out for her.

I actually think the opposite. He doesn’t give a damn about her; she is just his only shot in life at having million$ in his pocket. The way he is acting (like a prince on a white horse) is only by the advise of his lawyer Kaplan, (who BTW I think is worth his weight in gold) to whom Kevin is actually listening. He needs to be publicly portrayed as the “good, generous, forgiving, willing-to-do-anything-for-his-kids” guy so that the court SEES that and judges him a much fitter parent for the kids, granting him the much wanted custody (and the money that comes with it). The fact that Brit is not helping herself is also a huge card on his favor. The poor kids are just the battle trophies. I think it’s obvious that he still cares about her. If he didn’t, he and his legal team would have been a lot nastier to her in court, and they certainly could have been. He and his legal team have said repeatedly that they don’t want to punish her. Based on their actions, I’d say that’s true, because they’ve had plenty of chances to really put the legal smack down on her!

I’m not so sure I believe all of this story. There may be legal grounds for getting this guy into court to answer some questions, possibly, but immigration doesn’t really work that way. You can’t have random private citizens investigating your immigration status.

The only reason why Britney bought her own ring was because she wanted a huge ass diamond and a man who could only afford to buy a CZ. Had she waited for him to get settled into a career, he would have bought her a nicer ring, but Britney wants what she wants, when she wants it. As a chemist I can tell you that a lab report can show some residual drugs taken days before. A hair analysis would show years of drug use. She is not and was not a drug addict. That is the reason she is so pissed at her mother and manager for pushing her into rehab when she was not addicted to anything. Even the bodyguard claimed in 2 months time he only saw Brit have a drink at home twice.

What happens in divorce when normal working people is they settle without paying lawyers. But those that can’t comunicate must hire lawyers and the most common claim a divorce lawyer makes is that the spouse is crazy or drug addicted. It was clear from the begining that Britney was not addicted to the drugs K-Fed claimed (cocaine and meth) because if she was she would have been very thin and clearly she was not. She has lost some weight now but that is weight loss due to stress caused by K-Fed and some help from lyposuction.

Brit pays all house and child expense and K-Fed will have no child expense and therefore will not get child support. He will be long gone in 30 days or less without the child support. He is only after money. My guess is that for some reason K-Fed thinks this guy might sweep her off her feet and that would not take much since anything wearing pants would be better for Brit than K-Fed was.

Her problems started years before she met KFed. Whens he was abused/controlled as a child, and when she had to run off and get married in Vegas to prove to Justin that she was still lovable. Hitting a car with an umbrella was done because K-Fed was sending the girl with PPD over the edge by not discussing the kids with her (a requirement of divorced parents)…and he knew it…But no one should lose custody over hitting a car with an umbrella and that is not what caused her limited visits.
Oh hon, I am not a fan of Britney Spears or any other poptart. I am a fan of honest justice and that is not happening here. Go sit in a probate court for a few days and listen. This is a lawyer trick to delay something. The judge might refuse to let them play this game, we will see.

You and I know nothing for sure about that night. But PPD we all know causes many of the same symptoms as schizo, bi-polar or severe depression. Those of us that read real jounalism know of many Mothers suffering from PPD that have killed their kids (Texas Mom drowned 5 kids in bathtub PPD)…K-Fed knew she had suffered PPD after the first child and most likely had PPD again with the 2nd child’s birth. His slander of her was planned abuse while he knew she was suffering PPD. Inapproiate affect (smiling when taken in the ambulance and looking terrified the next minute) is likely to occur with PPD. Keep in mind that Britney knows K-FEd is slandering her in and out of court…now she has a visit and sees bruises on the babies legs…..She should have called the cops herself to document the condition of the kids when they arrived but she is used to people doing everything for her and the court monitor did not calm her fear of being blamed for bruises the child arrived with. If I were Britney I would not trust that court monitor at all.
In the end Britney was a danger to herself or others the hospital would have held her for longer than the 72 hours (she was released in 36 hours) Now I can tell you from family experience with a schizophrenic that when he simply came into his own house through a window (he was locked out) the wife called the cops and he was taken to court for an order to be held in a psych ward for 72 hour evaluation and at the end of that time frame when he refused the meds…he was held against his will (with lawyer fighting to get his release)for another 6 weeks untill he took the meds. If the doctors thought Brit was a danger to anyone they would have held her untill she followed medical advice. They determined that she is not a danger. Please don’t tell us that you believe “Dr Phil”.
And “what made it clear in the begining that she was not doing drugs?” It is very simple…K-Fed claimed that she was an addict to cocaine and meth. Both those drugs would have an addict looking very thin but Britney had not even lost the baby weight in the pics from the VMA tape. It is also not likely that a cocaine or meth addict is going out to eat daily…they lose weight because the drug supresses their hunger. I am not saying that Brit never did a drug. I am saying that she was clearly not an addict to those 2 drugs…K-Fed lied and the bodyguard she fired after 2 months claimed he saw her have 1 drink on 2 different days during his employ and that he picked her up from what looked like it was a druggie party to him and he held a curtain in front of her at a bar where he thinks she might have done a drug. BUT he is a disgruntled former employee looking for fame and ALL RANDOM DRUG TESTS ARE CLEAN.
When folks can be misled by the crap printed they usually are young or have no ability to see through the crap. I bet you also believe the reports that claimed just before the cops arrived Britney took a coctail of pills, I will not list. The drug tests were clean and if she had taken half of drugs the reporter claimed…the drug test would not be clean and she would be dead. What the fuck is wrong with you? What message does that send to the children? “Oh, we still live in the same house, but daddy leaves for 3 days ata time, and mommy’s here. But wait, nom mommy is leaving for a few days, what is going on? Why can’t daddy stay all the time? Why can’t mommy?” It would cause waaaayyyy more damage than any good. My parents finally divorced when I was in 4th grade, but the seperated when I was in 2nd grade. In no way did being shuffled back and forth cause my emotional damage I still carry today. It was the simple fact my parents weren’t together anymore, and that is what hurt the most. My mom not being around is what hurt the most. Now, her kids will be fine if she gets the freakin help she needs, and then Kevin will give her the shared custody again. He doesn’t want to keep them away from her, he knows how improtant a mother is to his kids. He just wants her to be healthy, and be able to have her kids, and not endanger them.

Kelly 1: The kid’s house idea is sure to eliminate K-Fed because he will no longer get child support which is his only interest in custody.
