It is no secret that fur is beautiful, but what many people simply don’t know is that these animals are anally and vaginally electrocuted, beaten, and skinned alive for their pelts. There simply is no humane way to get an animals fur…

To me, the word extremist applies to those who blow up buildings, threaten, or attack others. However, PETA-the 501c-3 nonprofit organization is not an extremist organization nor would they risk losing their non profit status in criminal activity.

Their tactics although undoubtedly controversial are 100% legal and are clever methods of capturing the attention of people who in any other respect would turn their head the animal rights movement.

The people who can’t look at the gore can’t help but look at the gorgeous. Whether it’s PETA’s naked campaigns, costumed adventures, runway take overs, or shocking PSA’s these are all thoughtfully planned out stunts that are made to capture the publics attention and ensure media coverage.

It’s simple people don’t want change. They don’t want to be told their eating habits are wrong any more than they want people to tell them their clothing is unethical, what PETA does is devise clever methods that are unique to their brand to show the public what goes on behind closed doors.
