The Spice Girls did not invent the peace sign, and neither did the 90’s decade. Everything that is old ends up new again, especially in pop culture and fashion. And the peace sigh may have gone out of favor in your neck of the world, but in other parts of the world it never has.

Kelli 1, you must be an old and wizened traveler who would know these things so I guess I should take your word for it and assume Vanessa picked it up during one of her numerous and vast travels around the world.
