Mark Vincent Kaplan (attorney to K-Fed) spoke to Usmagazine on today outside L.A. Superior Court in regards to Britney Spears skipping out on her scheduled deposition this past Wednesday morning. Although he said he was “not upset” by Brit’s blatant disregard for the law, he informed US that the issue will be taken up in court “probably within the next 30 days.”
He said,
This can be done with her participation or without it. But it doesn’t help anyone not to obey court orders. We will go forward, and she can respond in anyway that addresses her failure to appear. If the paparazzi are something that are causing anxiety, that is something I would assume that she deals with most of her life. So I am not sure why the paparazzi anxiety level happened to coincide with the fact that the court ordered her to appear to be cross examined.

What can anyone say to this but that Britney has never been anything more than a cheap, immatation, a pre-packaged plastic idol….and plastic melts when you hold it to a flame. Britney is running scare!

The wacko girl makes a joke out of her own life. She’s losing her kids, everybody’s saying she’s crazy and she thinks it’s funny.

She suffers from a common condition known as Selective Panic Disorder, more commonly known a SPD, an acute disorder that comes and goes at her convenience.

Apparently, she panicked all FOUR times she was supposed to come give a deposition. She blatantly disregards court orders all the time. She’s a disgrace. I hope the court makes her pay for it, literally and metaphorically.
And by the way, the way to deal with panic disorder is to 1) see a doctor for anti-anxiety medication 2) see a psychiatrist to learn ways to cope and deal with the anxiety/panic and to get to the root cause of it (and the root cause is never as obvious as it appears on the surface) and 3) work your way THROUGH the panic attack, going forward and doing what you have to do, regardless of how you feel. A panic attack passes in a matter of minutes. There was no reason for Britney to defy a court order, no matter how panicky she was.
The girl is a disgrace. The court knows it. It’s only a matter of time before she’s lost all rights to her children.
There was no reason why they couldn’t have postponed the dep by a few minutes or a few hours. If ot was giving her anxiety, then it will still be there the next and the next, only worse each time. The thing to do was not to neglect her duties as a parent because she is so afraid. If she was as clean and wholesome as she pretends to be, then she ould have nothing to fear anyway. All that she did was prove that she can not manage her personal problems in healthy ways, and that she should not regain custody until she can.
She has already lossed the rights…same as she lost the rights for sleep overs at the Four Seasons Hotel.
If the porkarazzi cause her so much anxiety, perhaps she should stop calling them every time she goes to a gas station. Heck, she has the money, she could leave LA and move some place where it would be unlucrative for the porkarazzi to hang out. LA is not the only place in the world, ya know? In fact, I couldn’t think of a worse city to be raising children in. She has the time to “contribute” to making an album, making videos, going to gas stations and starbucks, visiting plastic surgeons…. But she doesn’t have the time to spend one day fighting for her children. Yaa…. What an idiot.
