From my personal experience, anxiety attacks, if this is what it is and i actually now believe, only last for a short period of time. They can cause hyperventilation, throwing up, and it can even reach concusion in certain cases. I really didn’t believe this at first but i do now. And also with anxiety attacks you can be fine after about 1 hour at the least.
I agree anxiety attacks can be random and last for only a few hours. I also think that its very possible that she genuanley had an anxiety attack…I would if I had to face Mark Vincent Kaplan.
That’s no excuse. If she had nothing to hide and truly loved her children, then most parents would face the devil to bring their children home. Sooner or later she will face him or go to jail. Delaying this only heightens the anxiety, and only gives them another reason to take the children away. It also is an admition that she supposedly sufferes from sever panic attacks that keep her from metting her responsibilites, and should be treated before she is left with two children too young to ask for help.
When you avoid things that cause yourself anxiety, what you are doing is conditioning yourself to be afraid. That’s how phobias develop.
But her attack was over the paparazzi, or so her camp claimed…and just hours later she was having a grand old time with them?!?! To me, it doesn’t add up. She just refuses to let anyone tell her what to do, even if it means losing her kids to Kevin Federline….

Yes, but the way to deal with anxiety is to not put things off, therefore causing more anxiety. The way to deal with anxiety is to expose yourself gradually to the stimulus that is causing the anxiety. IF the press is causing her the anxiety, then she wouldn’t be able to strut around naked in front of them so often.
She was anxious about the press. She just doesn’t want to be under oath. Eaither way she’ll say something that would put in her big shit. If she’s caught in a lie, as she so often is because she’s too stupid to tell the truth, and too dumb to know how to tell a convincing lie, then she goes to jail. If she tells the truth about her mental state and her drug and alcohol use, then she loses her children.
What’s not to be anxious about? Anyone would be anxious. But most people who are as innocent of these charges as Brit pretends to be, and who love their children as Brit says she does, would get over their anxiety enough to fight for their children. Most mothers still have to go to work, clean the house, and care for children while they are sick. If Brit can’t do the same, then she is admitting that she is too menatlly unstable to care for her children.

I suffered from anxiety/panic disorder for years. Yes, they only last a short period of time. And you know what? If she had a panic attack on the morning of a court appearance, she should have gotten in the car and gone ANYWAY. By the time she got there, the worst of the attack would have passed! And if she was still in a panic state upon arriving at the courthouse, the judge could have seen for himself that she was genuinely affected. As it is, she’s just digging a deeper hole for herself.
She stupidly thinks that the world revolves around her and that she can do anything or not do anything and it’ll all just be okay. Eventually, the judge is going to put the smack down on her, and I hope it wakes her up, but I seriously doubt that it will. Nothing seems to do that.

i would say she has a major depressive disorder and has for years and years. her increasingly erratic behavior points to it. my bet is two babies in two years, marrying someone she barely knew because she thought an instant family was the answer to her pain, exacerbated everything. in a weird way, it’s all a good thing since she should probably have limited contact with the kids right now.
If she really has despression, they would have spotted it when she was in rehab. I don’t doubt that she was suffering from it at some point, but now? Now she’s just a screwup and the consequences of her bad decisions are going to rebound on her, big time.

Oh, her friends are trying to say that her lawyers told her not to go. Why would her lawyers advise her to do something that would get her sent to jail? Anyway if she was too sick to tell the truth, then she doesn’t need to be a full time mother with actual responsibilities. Also Sam kept changing the story. First he told one news agency that Brit phoned her lawyers, the next story said her lawyers were at her house to pick her up. Why would the story change if there was no lie, and nothing to cover up?
Also KFed’s attorney gave a convincing interview to the press. IF Brit’s lawyers had, as Sam has supposedly reported, talked to a doctor and agreed that it was against their client’s best interest to appear in court yesterday, then why the hell couldn’t they talk to the press? Why would they let Brit take heat in the press if they could come out and say that right away? They didn’t and I don’t think they ever said this.
The only truth in this excuse is that is against Brit’s PERSONAL INTEREST to ever tell the truth about her life, or to ever be forced to lie under oath to hide the truth.
