Yeah, she was out and about in the evening, so she must not be THAT sick. She can face her anxiety when she wants to go out for a Frappucino or to buy a puppy or to fuel her car for her endless driving around Los Angeles all night long, but she can’t possibly confront her anxiety to go to court to fight for her children.

It was not sickness or anxiety, it was that she was too hung over to pull her head out of the toliet, then 8 hours later all better and ready to do it again. That’s what I think.
I think she knew the questions would be something she doesn’t want to answer, and she knows they will come down on her hard when she does. She is scared that her secrets will be found out, so she just doesn’t want to do it. She is a stupid bitch who doesn’t deserve the love those kids can give, because she doesn’t care about them at all. JMO.
She has never been completly open and honest in any of her interviews, especially the televised one. As soon as things get too personal she wigs out or gets real defensive, or else she talks in circles and never answers the question. Plus she has always had strict guideline for what people can and can’t ask her. This is not the type of person who would do well under oath. But she will have to face that sooner or later! She can’t hide from it forever!

I really hope the judge takes her visitation w/ her boys away after this stunt. It obviously proves she has no regard for the law & has no regard for getting custody back of her children.
Why won’t the judge just put an end to this? Years from now these boys are going to see all this garbage about her and really come to realize how insugnificant they are to her. That is cruel to them. Don’t give her any other chances. Done, she should be done.
I agree the judge should end this. He should just give Kevin full legal and physical custody and be done with it. She doesn’t want her children anyway, so why not just put an end to it right now.
