It was only a matter of time before PETA targeted Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen for their fur use and for including it in their collections Elizabeth and James and The Row. I think PETA should cut them some slack. The tiny twins clearly don’t have enough body fat to keep themselves warm, especially living in New York City, so can you blame them for needing the fur? It’s a life or death matter!
In new ad campaign that will be unveiled today at the Olsens’ Walk of Fame star on Hollywood Boulevard. The group said,
Thin-twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are about to get some publicity that will have them running away faster than if they’d spotted a calorie.
The new ad features the twins above the headline “Fur Is Worn by Beautiful Animals and Ugly People.”

Your not telling me that the celibrities that are going naked dont have leather( Im talking in there house car and wardrobe) ect…. If your not gonna wear fur you shouldnt wear any animal or eat them for that matter isnt it all the same. Your killing animals poor defenseless animals????? I wont give up eating meat Im gonna wear leather and fur so do BILLIONS of people so why single out the famous? Why should they have to give up everything for there career?
What would be funny is the Olsen twins being attacked by wild fur-bearing animals. That would be funny. But it’ll never happen, they don’t have enough meat on their bones.
PETA deserves every right to bash the twins. It’s better than being religiously extremist.
If PETA didn’t bash them, then people would call them hypocritical. But for real, the twins have bigger problems than this.

first of all, it’s hilarous how they have turned them into these goofy troll figures. They would have to laugh at that. second, they deserve every bit of it. They are in the spotlight and they know that ever item of clothing should be considered before they walk out the door. i would feel like someone that supports peta would rag on me if I wore fur to the mall, so they obviously know peta is watching them, they just care less to change their wardrobe for it. They deserve it, every bit if not more.
have you guys actually watched those peta videos? You have no heart if you can still wear one of those animals’ fur after seeing it.
I hate PETA and their tactics. Hitler’s Squad thought the “cause” out weighed the means too.
Kill: cause something living to die –> and for what? For whom? For the priviledged few? Were these beautiful creatures really intended for that?

Mary-kate and Ashley are two very beautiful and successful young women. They are loved by millions. And I am one of them.
Peta is an arrogant hate organization. Their hateful terrorist tactics will only result in people wanting to exercise their freedom to wear what they want even more.
Time to expose them for who they really are. Down with Peta! I have had enough of their disgusting hatred!
