After the court hearing today, Commish Gorden issues that Britney Spears can no longer drive with her kids inside her car. Among the many laws she’s broken or disturbed with her driving, the latest was running through a red light while her kids were in the back.

Thank goodness those boys have one less thing to worry about. They still have about a million other ways to die when they are with their mother though. If Britney is unwilling to get some serious help by the end of the year there is no hope for her. She’s been insane for several years now and even with help from her ex-manager, mother, sister, recording label, and lawyers she is still too ignorant to change her life around. Her children need to be at home at night not riding around in the back of her car. I’m glad the judge has made this decision.
This is the best news all day. This judge may have saved these kids’ lives. I wish the final decision would come in and take them from this crazy woman. At least she cannot drive with them now. And, if she does, that will be the end.
In a way this is good news for Britney herself, it gives 1 less thing for people to complain about.
Not to mention she is one step closer to losing complete custody and visitation. That’s what she really wants in the end. She don’t want them, they only slow her down, but it looks better to have them just taken away than to simply say here they are I’m done with them. I think if Kevin came with them as a package deal, then she would want them back. It’s become very exhausting for her to come up with new antics to piss off the commish.
I definately don’t think she doesn’t want her kids. It’s not a question of her love for her kids it’s a question of who can provide the most “normal” life for her kids. I still think that the answer is not a matter of taken Britney’s babies away, it’s a matter of someone having the guts to step up to her, and not care whether she then hates them coz its what we had to do with my bulimic friend. We stood up to her because we decided that we’d prefer her to be healthy and happy than to have her as a friend, it’s the same with Britney. But then again i think we don’t even know half of the story when it comes to Britney. There’s only a headline in a photo, there’s a book behind the scenes.
My main thought and concern is she has never once taken Kevin to court for anything. I don’t know anything about him, but according to her fans he, too, is not much. If there is something to bring to the courts attention about him, why doesn’t she speak up? That is what makes me feel she doesn’t care or want them. Maybe she would do good as a long distance parent, if I’m saying that right. Or a part time parent.

She hasn’t lost the ability to drive with her kids. The judge “requested” her not to because of the paporazzi situation,and i think i agree. But if she decides not to i won’t hate on her for it, it’s her decision, her life.

I so agree with you. If she can’t make choices to protect her children, then I guess the commish has to do the job.
I had to rule that my own kids weren’t allowed to go anywhere with my mother driving. She’s just a bad driver, and I worried for their safety. I know just how Kevin feels, at least where having your kids in the car with a crazy-bad driver is concerned.
I must say, I’m glad the judge saw the danger, as well.

Yes, I believe she is trying to lose them. Why isn’t she taking Kevin to court. Maybe there is no reason, but I would think a good lawyer would make an attempt to bring something up in court in Britney’s defense. So far I havn’t seen that happen.
Kevin isn’t driving them around in the middle of the night, running traffic lights, making u turns in busy streets and wearing sunglasses in the dark. He stays home and listens to his attorney. Perhaps, Brit should start doing the same thing. She might be able to then get respect from the judge in this case.

You would think that if she really wanted the kids back, she would be coming up with all kinds of accusations against Kevin, yes. I’m sure she and her lawyer could concoct some stuff. Odd about that.
X17 supposedly had a video of Kevin driving and almost hitting a papz, if in fact this was Kevin driving and if in fact he had the children in the truck with him, why wasn’t this brought into court. At the time they put the video on it’s site I had my doubts it was Kevin driving and the boys were even in the truck. I thought it was part of X17’s propaganda. I don’t believe ther is any thing to accuse Kevin of doing wrong or bad enough to take custody away. For whatever reason, I think he is taking good care of Sean and Jayden. Thank God because someone needs to.
x17 camps out in his driveway and takes videos of him smoking a cigarrette in his garage. They write captions about how horrible he is to smoke on his property with the kids there. Then, you scan down and there are pics of brit with cigs in the car where she smokes right in front of them and write something really positive about how the kids and their mom are looking happy and having fun. x17 is just a stupid papparrazzi thing supported by brit. and her lunatic fans….
To answer Missy’s question about why Kevin isn’t being taken to court by Britney. She is already in court because of Kevin, and will soon be with her “driving without valid liscence” misdemeanor. Britney probably believes that Kevin can be a good father to SP and JJ, and i still believe that above all Kevin’s main focus in all of this is Britney’s money. I know it’d be mine if she had just divorced me, and it’d be a lot of ppls. But i wouldn’t actually go through with it.

She can bring up her battle against him. If he smokes pot, which I’m sure he does, then bring it up, if this video was him driving crazy with the boys, bring it up in court. That is what I don’t get. She just doesn’t want them, she is not doing what the court orders, because she just DON”T CARE.

I saw the video, what I saw was a truck, period. No shot of who was driving or who was in the truck…and the only site that had this video was X17, we all know they never, never put a spin on anything.

Kevin never drives the kids to britney house.His bodygaurd does.If she did infact have things on him I am sure she will use it but the fact is she has nothing.
