Only One Grand?!

brit_fenderbender.jpg

After all the hoopla surrounding Britney’s hit and run from back in August, sources say that Brit will dish out about $1,000 to pay for the damages plus rental car expenses.

TMZ states that if Britney reached a “civil settlement” the hit and run charges might be dropped, but not the charges of her driving without a valid license.

I am really surprised that the victim of the accident isn’t asking for some ridiculous amount, like $15,000 for the “emotional damage” it caused her or some bs.

The owner of the car Britney hit just wants her expenses covered. A grand is pocket change to Britney, but to the owner of the other car, it’s probably a significant amount. Not everyone in Hollywood is greedy and unreasonable (just mostly the celebrities).
