Because she did not “provide the drug testing people with contact information so they could reach her to facilitate the random tests”, LA County Commissioner Scott Gordon’ has suspended Britney Spears’ visitation rights with her kids.
The order reads, “Petitioner’s (Britney’s) visitation with the minor children is suspended pending Petitioner’s compliance with the court orders.”
Britney will have one more chance to get her kinds on October 26th since she’s due back in court.

How else are they suppose to punish her, even if it is petty crap like this. It’s a fact the judge is being unusually harsh on Britney when it comes to his ruling (do ya research). However it don’t justify her slip ups. Ignorance is not a defence in court. I feel for her, i do, but she needs to make sure she understands EXACTLY what she has to do, otherwise the judge is gna rip her to shreads! Britney’s really stupid for things like this, and flashing her cortch thinking she can stop them getting the shots. The paps are unstoppable, she should know that by now.I’d prefer to forget about her, and give it 5-6 months and she’ll comeback looking mighty hot.

SHE STILL ACTS A LITTLE OUT OF IT….ESPECIALLY IN PUBLIC. DID ANYONE FORGET SHE HAS AN ALBUM THAT IS COMING OUT THIS MONTH….SHE CAN’T PROMOTE THAT…..SHE HAS LOST HER CHILDREN TEMPORARILY….AGAIN……I THOUGHT SHE WAS TAKING A STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. I SEE PICTURES OF HER EVERYDAY….AND EVERYDAY SHE IS LEAVING A STARBUCKS OR COMING FROM A TANNING SALON LIKE NOTHING IS WRONG WITH HER…..SHE HAS TO BE RESPONSIBLE….I AM VERY SAD FOR HER……

i agree- the media and the paparazzi are very hard on her and the judge may be as well, but this is the future of her children and her ability to see them. i believe she’s mentally ill as there’s no one this stupid… is there? your children should be the biggest motive to do the right thing. she just seems detached from everything- her career and her personal life. she is starting to seem like michael jackson to me- she may be hounded by the photographers but it’s for the most awful reasons, and she’s screwing up but doesn’t see it. it seems that her breakup with justin timberlake was the first thread unraveling and she’s been unable to get herself truly back on track ever since. i’ve always rooted for her, but she has no one to blame but herself for these endless screwups. a small extenuating circumstance is that mentally ill people do not have a grasp of reality or consequences or good decision making and if she truly is bipolar or manic-depressive- which i can totally see being true- then she’s a little less liable as her chemical imbalance would make her incapable of good decisions, etc… i think she has an awfully long uphill battle and i’m not sure when/if she’ll ever get it together. it’s interesting that she’s still relevant… but it isn’t funny, really. those boys are the ones who suffer the most and the most painfully. from being with sean 24-7 and never going out to nothing but tanning salons and gas stations and starbucks- that’s just weird.
Wait, I’m confused. What happened to the drug tests that she supposedly “passed”? Were those actually planned tests instead of random tests, so they didn’t need her contact information at the time? That just seems weird to me. I didn’t believe it when they said that she had passed them the first time and now I still believe it since she seems to be trying to avoid them. Still though, it’s a little weird. I guess if she did pass them then the only reason was because she knew they were coming!
