Since she couldn't resist partying, she had to blow off the visitation. I'll bet she hasn't passed a drug test yet either, and she probably figures that since she can't get past that rule, she might as well blow the rest of them off too. Drugs are also probably why she uses a hotel, it's less likely the dealer will be spotted going in or out, and if he or she is, britney has plausible deniability-"he was seeing somebody else". Plus if traces of drug use are discovered, same thing-"It was from somebody before me" would be far more believable coming from a hotel room and not your own home. . Bottom line-drugs mean more to britney than her kids. You know, being a mother to two infant boys isn't that important.
