Although Hayden Panettiere looks like she was posing for a professional photoshoot, she was only walking her dogs and did not seem pleased with the paps snapping her picture.. Why is wearing that fancy dress? Good question. Since her face is nicely made up, it’s safe to assume she was either going to or coming home from an event…but these celebs are crazy and you just never know, do ya!?
