If I were a celebrity I'd be wary about leaving notes with my personal info on it. Anybody could grab that up and post it on the internet and whatnot. Britney's best bet would've been to stay by that car or go into different stores and explain the situation and see if she could find the owner of the car. She might've had to go into a lot of stores but it would've been worth it as long as she could get the situation straightened out. I’m gonna back her up on one thing. Doesn't that count as living in CA? I think so. And you can drive in state without that states driver's license, say if I left PA to drive to NJ, I wouldn't need and NJ license.
