TMZ reports that the judge in the custody case found that “there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol by (Britney).” She has been ordered “to undergo testing for the use of controlled substances and alcohol,” which will be conducted randomly twice a week.
Judge Scott Gordon also ruled the following:
- Each party is restrained from making derogatory remarks about the other party and the other party’s family or significant other.
- Each party is prohibited from “using corporal punishment with the minor children and from allowing anyone else to do so.”
- Neither parent can take Sean and Jayden out of state without the written consent of the other.
- Both parents must attend joint custody counseling and must complete the Parenting Without Conflict program.
- Neither party may consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances 12 hours prior to taking custody of the children.

Also does anybody know what controlled substances means? These are PRESCRIPTION drugs. If the were “non-prescription controlled substances” this would mean stuff like weed and E-tablets.
