Word on the street is that Britney Spears had her “abs” sprayed on for the VMAs on Sunday.
Britney Spears didn’t end up working with Criss Angel on her VMA comeback performance, but her stage show was certainly full of illusions. Her lip-syncing was meant to give her the appearance of an actual singer, and her spray-on tan was supposed to make it look like she’d spent hours in the gym (as opposed to the bar).
“She had an ab-defining spray tan preshow to create the illusion of more tone,” a source tells Us.

Britney Spears’ family is reportedly concerned that Britney’s dramatic weight loss has come about too quickly.
The Toxic singer, 25 - who piled on the pounds after the birth of her two sons Sean Preston, two, and eight-month-old Jayden James - is keen to relaunch her career after a recent stint in rehab.
But her buff new bod has sparked concerns she could be taking it too far, too soon.
One source tells More magazine: ‘She loves her new shape. But no one wants to see her looking as thin as Nicole Richie. Her mum’s worried she could be doing it too quickly.’
Britters has even cut down on trips to her fave fast-food chains.
‘She’s eating lots of vegetables, fruits, grilled chicken for lunch and sushi for dinner and she does allow a cheat day once or twice a week,’ says the source.

She may be cutting down on ‘fast-food’ but alcohol will put the pounds on really fast. I don’t think the discussion should be whether she’s fat or not, rather was she too heavy for the outfit she chose to wear on the VMAS. I have no doubt she checked herself out in the mirror more than once before taking the stage. She must have thought she looked ok. Maybe she needs glasses.

That being said, I gotta call this story bullsh*t. She was definitely overweight for the outfit, and when you watch her belly at the VMAs, especially from the side, it bounces around like a soggy diaper in an epilectic’s hands as he tries to run the 50 yard dash during an earthquake, but her skin tone looked pretty even.

Photoshop? Rapid weight loss? WHAT? SHe looks damn good in that dress…almost hot!!! Her arms look toned…her belly flat…her skin clear and clean…no sign of her double chin… Is this the type of illusion we were supposed to see at the VMA’s? Cause if it is, she should have gone with it…it would have blown everyone’s mind.
BUT, she looks real….human….hurt in this pic and the others from this day!! THIS makes me feel for her….because she looks like she knows she’s lost here…

I think that this Britney bashing has gone far enough. I have been through similar situations myself. Tremendous weight gain, PROZAC addiction, especially after my failed cosmetic surgery to my forehead. It is all too familiar to me after I was jilted by my Canadian PARTNER. I hope that the Media will leave her alone.

They did that to Keira Knightley’s breasts in the POC movies. They painted clevage on her chest,lol. Its okay though, it happens all the time. If they did this to Britney’s stomach, then they did a horrible job though!
