I have confirmed reports that Larry Rudolph was served by Kevin Federline’s legal team earlier today in West Hollywood. He was at Sunset Tan for a meeting about his TV-show of the same name.
We exclusively spoke to Rudolph two days ago, and he issued the following statement:
Despite the things that Britney has publicly said about our relationship in the past, I truly understand where she’s coming from and why she’s said the things she said about me post rehab and I don’t take it personally. As her former manager, I know and understand Britney better than anyone, I know what makes her tick and I understand everything she’s going through. With that being said, my loyalty will always stay strong with Britney. I have consulted with my lawyers and I do understand that eventually the time will come when they will find me, but until then, I’m trying to avoid being brought into this mess. She’s going through so much right now and I wish Britney the best.
When asked today by me for a comment about being served, he had none.
Since Larry is such a key witness in this whole ordeal, I can officially say that as of now, things might truly get ugly for Britney.

Give me a break Ruben. She hasn’t been around Larry for months and months. His testimony can’t be that damning. Besides, it’s not like he has to spill the beans on every detail he knows. is there such a thing as pleading the 5th for a subpoena? are they obligated to go?? what if they dont? this isnt a big deal.. as like a murder. britney compared to the millions of mother out there is not that terrible. shes obviously loving not mising her kids b-day. but she is just a bit ignorant on how to raise her kids which could be fixed w/ a class on how to take care of your kids.. kevin needs to stop being such an ass he is making the situation so ugly he is obviously not thinking about the kids. hopefully they’ll get over this and not be like the lohan family 20 years later.

I think he is thinking of the kids. Kevin has said many times that he has no wish to remove Britney from their lives - he just wants them a bit more sheltered until Britney can get it together. Please don’t tell me that you condone her behaviour lately. I think it would be best now for Kevin to have them and the grandparents be able to spend time with them and give Britney a chance to focus on her life priorities - that is, getting her life on course. She will never lose the babies but she is out of control.
kevin federline is interested in one thing: money. he had no interest in supporting the two he had with shar jackson and he has little interest in getting regular employment and supporting the four he has now. the paperwork was opened in the custody battle and he and his lawyer are claiming britney rakes in nearly a million per month. if he’s so interested in his boys, he wouldn’t be looking for her to pay his legal fees as well as give him more money. he has no interest in working, which you do when you become a parent, like it or not.

I don’t understand why everyone says that she is such a great mother but when they are hiding out so they don’t have to worry about the subpoena or they are acting all emotional when they are caught out in unexpectedly. I just don’t understand. Alli was distraught when she was caught up and for the life of me I didn’t know why. If you say that she is the best mom why are you so upset. She should have volunteered to give her deposition.
Has anyone given a thought to the possibility that this man didn’t wan to testify because it actually may mean, if you wanna believe Britney’s version, that he’ll have to admit publicly he was wrong to sent her to rehab ??? Is that absolutely unthinkable ??

I really wonder when Kevin Federline, former America’s most hated, maneged in no more than six months to make everyone believe he’s a good father and worker desserving to grace L’Officiel Hommes cover (one of Europe’s major fashion magazine, an equivalent of Vogue), and that no matter what, Britney’s always the bad one in their relationship. I just don’t fucken get it. This man ran away from his former pregnant girlfriend for fuck sake !!! The only thing you can blame Britney for is that she’s stupid.
