Kevin Federline will guest star in a series of shows in the upcoming season of the CW’s “One Tree Hill.” The aspiring rapper will portray a cocky rock singer, said a publicist for the show.The ex-Mr. Britney Spears is scheduled to begin filming later this week in Wilmington, North Carolina where the series is filmed. He will appear in a multi-episode story arc.

K-Feds lawyer has said that K-fed wants Britney to be able to have equal custody for the sake of the kids but he’s afraid for them right now because of her weird behavior. Once she gets the right help, should she by some chance lose the kids to him, she can petition the court to get them back. All K-fed has to do is get permission either from britney or the state to take the kids out of the state for his 4 days a week he has them.
