Kevin Federline’s Big Pay Day?

We are hearing reports that Britney Spears has finally sold her Malibu mansion for $12 million. It was originally in the market for $13.5 million. According to our insider, the house was sold by Sotheby’s International Realty. The broker, Drew Mandile is the father of Justin Mandile, the 25 year old bloke Britney Spears has been seen out and about with recently.

Contradictory to the claim, we spoke with Mandile and although he was very hush hush about the deal, he claimed he had NOT sold the house yet.

If the house was indeed sold, Kevin Federline is entitled to 50% of the house, which would most likely put a few million dollars in his pocket due to the equity alone.
