Hey guys!
How is everyone today? I’m pretty good. Look, I wanted to set aside some time to write to you and your readers this E-mail for fans of one lady in particular, one who I’m a HUGE fan of myself. That’s right, I’m talking about Ms. Lindsay Lohan. The woman is going through a lot of crap right now & I don’t think she deserves it. Sure, I don’t agree w/ everything she does, but that doesn’t deter me from still being a loyal fan to her. I seriously hope she finds the light at the end of the tunnel & gets through all of this soon.
I think a good part of the time, Linds is getting the short end of the stick & can’t catch a break from anybody. This time though, I’m afraid to say, this is something she got herself into and she’s the only one who knows how to get herself out of. That doesn’t mean I’m giving up on her, it’s just the truth. Till what really happened comes from Lindsay’s own words, I’m not gonna believe everything I’ve heard from the media about her current troubles. I really think it’s a shame that she’s going through what she’s going through at this time, it has to be so tough on her. To be honest w/ ya, I couldn’t do what she does, I couldn’t be a celebrity in the spotlight. WAY too much of your privacy is invaded & your life is put out there for everyone to talk about & exploit [some people, not all].
With all of that being said, I want to show my loyalty to Lindsay not just as a HUGE fan, but also as a normal, regular, everyday person w/ this dedication E-mail a and also share with you a music video I feel really explains how I feel about her as a fan. I know that some of you will really appreciate this, while others of you may not. For those of you who don’t, I would appreciate it if you don’t even take your time to comment. Thank you.

So I kind of agree with the article, and kind of don’t. There’s no doubt that she’s gotten herself in this mess all on her own, but at the same time, addiction is an awful disease and I feel bad for anyone suffering through it. If she’s strong, she’ll get through it.
And on a side note, you couldn’t have picked a better music video!! Much love to the Backstreet Boys! :o)
Yeah, we’ll just ignore that Linds is facing criminal charges, and the fact that it can take years before an addict gets their life back under control, and while we are at it, we’ll pretend that she hasn’t been involved in car accidents where she could have died or killed someone, and that having illegal drugs on your person is not all a crime, after all, Linds is sure to have something to say which will explain all this bad stuff away. Oh yeah she’s talented, but that means we should ignore her problems and hope that she does what very few addicts do: corrects her life instantaneously without any outside encouragement.

The “crap” she is going through is all from her choices. It is from the decisions she made. And I’ll guarantee you less than 10% of the bad and illegal things she did ever made it to the press.

If you’re a celebrity who lives life in the public eye, especially as a wild child and party girl, and you hit rehab a couple of times and then THIS happens, it’s not crap. It’s kharma. It’s a consequence. It’s a reasonable expectation, even if the media firestorm is a little over the top.

Expecting Lindsay to recover is not so likely, other than the fact that due to her reputation, many top clubs won’t like her in their place anymore, and she won’t have many new movie roles or endorsement contracts to fuel her partying lifestyle (or the fuel she used for that lifestyle-that stuff isn’t cheap!).

I feel sorry for the anonymous male fan who wrote that email, because he said he’s only going to believe what he hears from Lindsay. Apparently, the fact she lied and misled her fans about her previous rehabilitation attempts wasn’t enough for him to realize she might lie to him again, especially when a lawsuit with potentially severe financial costs is in her future. But I will tell all Lindsay fans, and any fan of Hollywood celebrities in general this one thing: It doesn’t matter if the celebrity says they don’t drink in the club. It doesn’t matter how many pics you see of them in a club drinking water or Red Bull. If they’re going to clubs all the time, and especially if clubbing and staying out till 5 am, that celebrity is drinking and/or drugging. Lindsay is your proof.
It is really disappointing to me. I loved her in the movie where she played the twins, Parent Trap I think? And I also liked some of her singles (I never bought the album) that song “Over” and “Rumors”, and I liked Mean Girls. To see Lohan in the light she is in is just disappointing. She could have been a contender.
