An insider close to Brit’s estranged hubby Kevin Federline claims that Britney broke her custody agreement with their dad, Kevin, when she took the boys away from LA without written permission.
That was the final straw for Kevin! His lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, ordered Britney on to bring the children back to Los Angeles immediately.

The truth? The media has once again spun a story to make Britney look irresponsible and careless. Britney was not summoned back to L.A. by Kevin’s lawyers like People magazine is reporting. Here’s the truth.
Britney flew down to Vegas for the night and was staying at the Wynn, one of Vegas’ most luxurious hotels. As usual, the paparazzi were hounding Britney left and right. One overly agressive photographer decided to get a shot of Sean Preston in the security guard’s arms, but ended up knocking into the security guard (who is holding Sean at the time) in to a glass window. Britney gets very upset and emotional as she thinks Sean hit the glass. The security guard, who is in fact very protective of the babies, beat the hell out of the invasive paparazzo.
Britney got flustered and decided to come home. No lawyers, no Kevin. Just once again, the paparazzi.

If it’s true that she took the babies without permission, it was a very dumb move on her part. More than that, isn’t it obvious by now that Britney has very bad luck in Vegas? It seems like whenever she is upset, she runs off to a local hotel, or else jumps on a plane to Hawaii or Vegas or Mexico.

Amy, it doesn’t matter what we think. There is a law and the law exists to keep parents from using their children against the other parent. If she took the kids without permission, she broke the law. Some parents don’t bring the kids back. We hear all these horror stories in the press about random kidnappings, but the truth is that most children are kidnapped by one of their own parents.
And Amy, it’s a sad day when a person does not have a big enough heart to care about a fellow human being.
Amy, regardless of whether one thinks Britney is being a good mother or not, there are laws in the US and for a good reason. Those laws (in this particular case, the agreement between Kevin and Britney regarding the custody of their children) are in place to protect the children. Their legal custody agreement doesn’t give a rat’s behind who carried the babies (and by the way, in the womb, not the stomach) or who has MONEY as you say - it is legal and binding and protects the most important participants here, being the children.
