I’m assuming this isn’t a US prison. If it is, somebody gonna lose their job over this one. And to say you saw Paris is really stupid. It was Lindsay Lohan being booked.

Its obviously an asian prison, as every single person in that shot is Asian. besides that, the uniforms read “CPDRC” which brings up :Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center.
At Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center Inmates are required to go through a workout regimen. While the goal is to keep the body fit in order to keep the mind fit, such may not actually happen if it is not done in a manner deemed pleasurable. Music, being the language of the soul, is added to that regimen.
