The celebs of this town are sometimes f*cking insane. Who would have thought, what a bold move. TMZ reports Lindsay Lohan turned herself in on Thursday afternoon at the Beverly Hills police department and was thereby officially arrested for her May DUI. She was in a cell for about an hour before she posted $30,000 in bail.
She is due back in court on August 24th.
WTF? They say it’s all routine, but damn, that rehab stint must have done the girl good!
No surprise from a girl who was driven to rehab by her lawyer. Turning herself in can keep her from serving time later. Hopefully, she really did learn something in rehab, but it’s too soon to tell.
I think turning herself in and being willing to pay her dues is a good sign… if, in fact, that’s why she’s doing it. I guess we’ll see.
Thats very responsible of her…I hope she is a better person now than she was.
I agree, I’ve been so proud of her lately. She’s really taking responsibility for her and that’s very mature.
She won’t serve time, it’s her first DUI, no one serves time for their first DUI, even us regular people. I just wish she would be more like Amanda Bynes, who is the same age, and responsible, and a real role model who is an actor to act, not because she wants to be a celebrity. Good luck LL, you have the talent, now use it!
Unless they kill someone, which L.L. came very close to doing, or ulness there are other factors involved such as a history of car accidents, such as L.L. has, or unless the judge wants to send a message to Hollywood to clean up it’s act.
alls I can say is I pray that the “mean girl” returns. I miss that Lindsay…
I don’t really know that much about Lindsay. I know she has her own set of problems and I hope rehab has helped her this time around. I also think it was a mature move on her part to turn herself in. Best of luck, Lindsay.
