Surgery like that can cause stretch marks. I’ve seen it on many women who have never had children. Hello, it’s stretching of the skin…which can form…oh gee I dunno, stretch marks! They’ll most likely fade away, because I’m assuming she had this done real recently. Some women’s skin is different than others.
Women get stretch marks on their breasts for many reasons. Gaining weight, losing weight (weird I know), and general growth..and implants is a growth, just not a natural one :)

Stretch marks are from when weight or tissue is lost very rapidly… i.e her breasts actually got SMALLER. It happens after you lose the milk production, swollen size of your breasts after pregnancy or just plain old loss of weight. It’s how stretch marks and formed anywhere on the body.
