Gwen Stefani is suing Forever 21 for trademark infringement.
The papers filed in LA Federal Court, claim that Forever 21 is selling products featuring a design “virtually indistinguishable” from the Harajuku Girl’s heart/box logo. They allegedly have “changed a couple of words in the Heart/Box Trademark, which are inconspicuous and likely to go unnoticed by a consumer.” Using the same logo, Forever 21 calls their line “Forever Love.”

Forever 21 knocks everyone off, they figure if you change the design about 30% its ok. Its basically the same thing u would see in the allys in downtown LA.
