Shge may have real estate that is valued at such a price, but even considering if the market is friendly to home sellers, people simply do not want to live in Britney's house and will not pay that mauch money to live in her wake. And it seems that Britney's fans either do not have the cash, or do not have the loyalty that claim to have to her, to scoop up her house just to have a piece of her.
