Not only did Britney Spears warn her mother to stay away from her boys, she did it in the worst possible way. Britney has been followed by cameras pretty much everyday of her life for the past 7 years and yesterday in Valencia, CA was no exception.
There were rumors that Britney was going to file a restraining order, but TMZ reports that Britney went there to hand her mother a letter from her lawyer. In it, it “bluntly asks Lynne to stay away from the children if she is taking any medications that would impair her ability to be around them.”
Britney also believes that Lynne Spears is not stable enough to be around the kids because she may have her own “issues.” After putting her foot down and removing the harmful relationships in her life, Britney Spears has now become an overprotective parent and no longer gives others control over her life.
X17, however, claims that Lynne is contradicting all of the aforementioned. In the X17 video that accompanies the story, Lynne sarcastically says it’s a “love letter”, stating that Britney DID NOT serve her.
Look, I don’t care if her mom is wrong, I don’t care if her mom turned her back on her…you don’t turn your back on those you love…especially the woman who brought you into this world. Maybe Britney needs to be the bigger person and forgive others for their mistakes, cause God knows she’s made a shitload.
Or, how about at least having the decency to NOT give your mom a letter in public when you know the paparazzi will be following you? I mean, Jesus, she could have found a way to be discreet about it.

She didn’t have legal reason to file a restraining order, so stubborn Britney had a different lawyer draft up a letter of warning, and set out to publicly humiliate her mother. That was no love letter. They were arguing…or else if that is love then no wonder they have problems.

I could go to a Christina web site and say that “A certain blonde pop star delivered happy news about a child to her mother today” as if to imply that Christina Agulera told her mother she was pregnant….it would be a lie of course. I do agree with you,because there was no kind of love or compassion at all during the 10-15 min visit she made, and she didnt even say hello to jamie-lynn, at least that i saw. So i do agree that it could have been a restraining order, but tma is not the only website that has said that it could be something other than a retraining order, such as a letter telling her to not be with the kids when under medication, which makes lots of since. but i do agree if it was bad news i would say that tmz is just a celebrity blog site like this one, but i choose to belive the good things and hope that the bad are just rumors, because more bad rumors come out than good. Well now TMZ is offering a conspiracy theory of sorts that Kev, Lynn, Larry and the PRomises staff railroaded her into rehab. Does this sound like something a sane person would say? Come on, if Promises was so bas she could sue them and quit whining to us about it, but it was an open hosipital, she could have left…and she did a couple of times. TMZ is also reporting that Ali has been unable to get a copy o Brit’s toxicology report, and the forms she recieved showed no drug use. Well of course Ali would say that, she’s watched her cousing from afar and now she gets her 15 minutes of fame. There is absolutely no objectivity to this report…and all it is doing is casting the mental health system in a bad light, and it is already to misunderstood by most Americans as it is. But if you like to believe conspiracy theories…go right ahead.
Sue for beening pushed in rehab? Yes that makes alot of sense. When a threat comes to you over your kids you’ll do anything. She went in there only because she didn’t want to lose her kids. Ali and Brit asked for the test and Britney’s rep not Allie said they were negative. I don’t see where Allie would want her 15 minutes from all of this. There’s no motive. She’s hasn’t commented on this situation or has gotten herself involved publicly. I don’t believe she was on drugs. I do believe all this was due to PPD.

The real question is, why should we care? Everything that is happening concerning Brit’s family is just that: highly personal issues. Call her a celeb, an actress, or a stalk of celery for all I care, what should concern everyone is the status of her career, her music, which is what made her star rise in the first place. It is understood that she is a public figure living her life for everyone to see, but I really think that it should be nobody’s business what she does or does not do concerning her family. Whatever she is doing, she must have her reasons and convictions for doing it, just as in any other case, someone might have ill will towards a family member. She is simply dealing with it, just like any of us would, and whether her actions are correct or not is up to her to determine.

If she wanted to keep this private, why did she ask the papparazzi to track down where her mother was? She asked a splash news photographer to find out where her mother was. The paps called around and then told Britney where her mother was. Then she hopped in the car with her two sons and drove there knowing that the paps were following and they knew something was up.

they follow her to the grocery store. i doubt they would have left her alone no matter where she went and she knew that. i don’t think she is focused on anything except what’s going on with her family right now. she did leave immediately after delivering the letter, so clearly she didn’t want to put on a show. and no matter what, lynne should not have teamed up with kevin. he’s not exactly a saint and there was no reason to trust him.
When you love somebody you try your damndest to help them the best possible way you can. And if I were in Lynne’s shoes I would’ve did the exact same thing. You’ve got two children to worry about. It’s better to go this way instead of waiting for something bad to happen to either child.

Apparantley Fed-Ex has recently take legal action against Britney concerning their 50:50 custody agreement. This could be what Britney is showng her mom, complaining about them to her. It really is so easy to guess, but almost impossible to guess correctly. The fact that Lynne then denies it and says a lot of things without sarcasm suggests rumors are st what they are, rumours. She said it was a rumour from a rumour, which i thought showed it wasn#t a restraining order. Besides no court would grant it, Britney’s not dumb.

I honestly think that Britney is tired of being bullied and controlled by people. Britney is a grown women with 2 children by a man who obviously used her, and is continuing to use her for his own financial security. She had her second baby before the first one turned a year old, so post partum depression is not that far fetched. And are we all forgetting, where the heck was Kevin while Britney was raising her first baby and pregnant with her second? Off trying to become famous. Have we all not heard rumors about Kevin using pot and off in Vegas doing whatever? And that was when he was married to Britney. So she files for divorce from the user and has a bit of a mental break down. Well, even the most mentally healthy people have some issues dealing with the end of a marriage and having young babies at home. It seems as if Kevin, who says he has the best interest of his children at heart, wants to protect them, he’d do it behind closed doors legally. At the end of the day, Britney is the mother of those two children and NO ONE should get in the middle of that. Britney has cameras following her all day every day. If she really was a bad person or going off the deep end, the whole world would know. It seems to me that Britney is trying to take control over her own life, and if she needs to take a break from her mom or whoever, doesn’t she have the right? It is her life.

Lynne already knows that Britney is coming r knew se was there straight away because she hands the letter straight to her. At one point when Britney first tries to wal away you can hear her voice slightly suggesting she s shouting. But then while lynne is reading the letter her body language is very open to lynne, as in she isn’t study far away with her arms crossed. I don’t know Lynne Spears personally, but I wouldn’t go as far to say “never turn your back on the woman who brought you into this world.” There are some mothers out there who should never had any children (i.e., Susan Smith and Andrea Yates). I don’t believe that Lynne Spears has ever been, but there are some mothers who are very abusive to their children. If their children should survive their mothers’ cruelty, then they should turn their backs on their mothers when they become adults.

TMZ, who has done nothing but mock Britney for months, has the actual scoop. I think they’re stunned at what they found out because there isn’t a nasty comment to be found. Apparently, Britney not only was clean when she went to rehab, but the first test was issued days AFTER she was admitted. How do you treat someone you haven’t even tested? (Drugs stay in the system for weeks.) Lynne is supposedly shopping a tell all book AND still working with both Federline and Rudolph. Apparently, she really is trying to straighten up her life and be a good parent. The media has been a part of all this; all the ugliness made Federline more powerful as he is the worst user ever. Britney was basically taken in by a good looking con man. Really, is this a shock? He dumped his pregnant girlfriend to further his own interests.

It isn’t hard to picture them trying to control her, and control her money, which would be the real motive. And it sounds as though she’s sick of being the gravy train. Poor Lynne? What does she do besides live off her kids? No matter what, how could she join up with Federline, pure trash and using Britney for everything she’s worth? WHAT IF larry rudolph thought they could all make some money and came back into britney’s life and orchestrated her comeback, which went well, except that she wasn’t emotionally healthy enough to make it work? i always wondered where her kids were and why no one said anything when she hit NY early into the divorce announcement. what if she just doesn’t want to support a bunch of freeloading ADULTS anymore? what if she doesn’t want the lies and secrets anymore and starts to talk? invert your perspective for a minute- tmz and ToB get along very well and quote each other often. britney has allowed awful perceptions of herself out there. is she used to being kept quiet? that’s what victims of abuse do, or people who aren’t strong enough to fight back. what if the puppet wants to cut its strings? i am not saying britney didn’t need help. but she always seemed more seriously depressed and disconnected than anything. i don’t think she deliberately flashed people- i think she just didn’t care what she wore or what happened. she appeared to need therapy and medication. tmz says she went off prozac, which would explain the terrible decision making and bad choices. if she is back on it now, it would explain her calming down and trying to take the reins. i hate to think of family acting like this, but it DOES happen. britney’s parents have not had to work in YEARS. they have palatial homes built for them, expensive cars. HOW? and what happens when their meal ticket dries up? i don’t know if i’m right- these are just opinions- but there could be truth to them.

A couple of things…do you think the letter she gave her mom was the rumoured “clean” drug/alchohol test results from Promises? Also, seems like whenever we quit seeing pictures of Britney smoking, she turns up pregnant. She has been sucking a lot of lollipops lately and I haven’t seen any cigs…hmmmmmm
