I really hoped she was going to get it together and perform as well as she used to- no one could touch her performance wise, back in the day. And especially the gay community, who are her biggest supporters- how great would it be for her to appear on that tour and kill it and send multiple great messages? I hope this isn’t true. I am beginning to think Britney isn’t getting it together simply because she can’t. She doesn’t seem to care about anything and I wonder if it is an organic thing, like manic-depression. It would fit; amazingly creative in her manic phases, then doing crazy things like getting married after two days to a childhood friend as she begins to crash, then not caring what she wears or looks like as the depression sets in. She has always struck me as that, and paranoia is a side to it. Poor Britney. It’s such a shame to see all this happen.I wish her well.

Think about this, though- the sad thing is she was INVITED. She IS respected, still, for what she was, which is truly and phenomonally talented. She wasn’t begging to appear. They WANTED her.
