Paris Hilton may have a feud going with someone who isn’t best-known for nightclubbing: her former lawyer.
The ex-jailbird heiress is “furious” with Richard Hutton, the lawyer who represented her in her DUI case, says a source close to the Hilton family, who claims that her camp is looking into possible legal action against him.
“The way this case was handled was a disaster,” the insider says. “Nobody goes to jail for DUI that long. It was all the lawyer’s fault and we’re looking into what recourse we have.” The source says legal action may be in the future.
In other news, now that she has served her prison sentence and paid her dues, I’m gonna give this girl a clean slate on my blog. I hope she re-invents herself and does something good with her image, time and money! If not…..boo!

That’s insane! Paris didn’t go to jail because of the way her Lawyer handled her DUI case… and she didn’t go to jail for DUI! She went to jail b/c she violated her probabtion… multiple times! That’s all her fault and her lawyer had nothing to do with it! I hope he sues her for filing a frivoulous claim against him!
Jad, I agree. It was a probation violation, not her DUI. And I want to give her a clean slate too, but it looks like she is still blaming everyone else, and not herself. I read an article about her Larry King interview, and he said she still isn’t taking resposibility, and she thinks she did nothing wrong. I really hope she changes, because she could do A LOT of good in this world, but we’ll have to wait and see.
Im rooting for paris. I hope she does the things she says going to do and changes for the better.

Paris didn’t go to jail for DUI. She went to jail for violating probation multiple times, AFTER she lost her license for DUI. Big fucking difference. Bitch needs to suck it up. Anyone else who did that would have been treated the same way.

Ugghhh….I had such hope that she was going to turn her life around. Doesn’t look like it now, or if she does it will be all an act just like now we here the stupid thing was just an act.
I believe she deserved every moment inside those enclosed walls. Had she just been given community service, she would have walked away with an even stronger sense of entitled imperviousness and the vicious cycle would have most definitely continued. She needed a wake up call in order to spark some glimmer of responsibility. No 26 year old woman should walk around and “sign what people tell her to sign”. How embarrassing. I would have rather said that I knowingly drove with a suspended license than to claim that I’m a dumb ass. But whatever, to each his own.

well, that does it for me…i was actually going to believe that she could change, but if she still cant let this jail thing go,then she is still a little brat who is pissed off because she thinks she did nothing wrong and didn’t deserve punishment. My god she needs to grow up and get over it, she already did the time..why the hell does she want to drag things out? Instead of focusing on “getting her revenge” she needs to be doing exactly what she said she would do…grow up and focus on her business aspects.
