Wow Ruben, I didn't believe it but you're actually a terrible person. You claim to be rooting for the girl but then say she's not going to get her life together and laugh about it. That's fucked up. I don't understand how you go from moderator of one of the biggest Britney fan sites and turn into a Perez Hilton-esque bitchy queen. You act like you're personally involved in Britney's life and have a right to judge, like she did something personally to you. Never in my life have I seen anyone act like this with a celebrity. And I know you've read all these comments but keep saying stupid shit. Get a life and let Britney live her's.

That's a good question. I have to admit I'm amazed by the celebrities that are still remembered even if they've been dead for years. And I think for certain celebs I think they will honestly be remembered forever. She might've thought about the legacy question before she started into this downward spiral. Anyway, that's a damn good question though.

*nod* And Elvis was frustrated by movie choices too. You ever hear about him wanting to do A Star is Born? He wanted to do serious stuff. Colonel Parker was against it. He wanted him to keep doing the fluffy movies he cranked out.

And Elvis at least knew how to behave himself. He might not have liked all the attention he was getting but at least I don't think he resorted to flipping fans/press off or any of the stuff Britney has done and will continue doing. Maybe Elvis wanted to do those things. Maybe the Colonel told him to keep in control and not do stuff like that. I'm not sure. I get the feeling that he was a polite person to his fans and to the press. He didn't court but he was polite with them. I think that was his own doing. I don't think the Colonel had to tell him to mind his manners. Elvis had numerous issues in his own life but at least I think (imo) he had some common sense. And I think common sense is something Britney seriously lacks. I mean no offense to anybody with that comment.

And you're right about the yes people. I'm sure that's one point when Elvis could show his ass and show it rather well. Either you were with him 100% or you weren't. And if you tried to tell him to get off the drugs than you were against him. That's not gonna be something he's gonna have. When I was younger and I was really into Elvis and his music and I read books about him I always wondered why more people didn't step up and tell him to get his life together. I realize now that you can't help somebody that refuses to help himself/herself. Elvis could've had a whole team of people telling him to sober up and get everything straight. If Elvis is sitting over there and denying he has a problem than there's no way he's gonna get his life together. I'm not sure if Elvis ever played the blame game. Somehow I doubt it. Britney's main area is blaming others for her downfalls. That's something else she needs to overcome because she's never gonna see she has problems if she keeps on blaming momma, blaming daddy, blaming the paps, blaming this person and that person.

I'd be sorta like Anna Nicole's death multiplied by a thousand (or more) lenses. You'll have people doing books about Britney (didn't some of Elvis' former bodyguards right a book about him before his death? I seem to recall he was upset about that.) You'll have people showing up on Nancy Grace and other related programs, etc. I agree with you 100%. It is very frightening.

So you don't want good products? You don't want her to try her best? You used the designer as an example. If I bought designer duds I'd wanna make sure they were designed well, looked nice, etc. I wouldn't want to pay out for something expensive and end up getting a cheap piece of crap. It's a system imo. I pay them. They keep on doing their best and putting out good products. Without people purchasing goods those designers are screwed. You need people to buy your products so you'd better be working your ass off putting out the best stuff you can pull off.
In Britney's case I want her to take responsibility for her actions, put her life together and keep it together, stop pulling bullshit antics and keep putting out good cds/singing (if she wants to keep performing/singing).

What a load of crap.....it saddens you that everyone else is looking bad in this "special persons" life? Maybe the problem isn't everybody else. Just because she's a "star" she should shine through and act however she wants to act? I'm not gonna take into consideration the fact that she's young, I'm honestly sick of hearing that excuse from people. Why should she get that benefit? She decided to have children, she decided to put herself in every situation that she has been critisized for and each and every time we have to find some kind of excuse for her? If she was an ordinary girl, just like the rest of us, without millions of dollars people would just look at her like she was completely f***ked in the head. If I see a young girl walking down the street flashing her parts or beating cars with umbrellas or any of the other ridiculous stunts she pulls I would steer clear from that chick I wouldnt find some lame deep down excuse for that poor young girl, especially if I knew she was a mother! I would think this girl is wacked and needs serious help. I'm really sick of all these excuses for her. You guys rip on Ruben for posting these articles about Britney almost everyday....of course to you its someone else's fault again...if she stopped doing stupid shit all the time Ruben and all the papps wouldnt have anything to show.

BRITNEY NOR ANY OTHER CELEB OWEN ANYTHING TO ANYONE... they are doing a job and we the fans decide to support them. If celebrities owe us, then our doctors, lawyers, PRESIDENTS, stockbrokers and anyone else that has millions of dollars sitting in their bank accounts owe us. Just because she has made millions off of our support does not mean she owes us anything, because designers and all those other product makers make billions off of us, but i dont hear any of yall sayin they owe us for buying there products. GET OVER IT
