As we all know, Lindsay Lohan has extended her stay at Malibu’s Promises Rehab Facility. Friends of hers are now saying that her motives for ‘taking rehab seriously the second time around’ might be because she has the hots for her personal trainer. Lindsay, a notorious skank, never enjoyed working out prior to Promises. Star Magazine says that Linds lost her top in the pool recently while swimming with a fellow resident.
