For those of us (including me) who thought, “Aawwww how sweet! The Olsen’s are so modest” after reading how they celebrated their 21st Birthday last Wednesday, I have news for you:
They are not.
I guess that owning a company that earns billions a year and being multimillionaires isn’t enough for them. They charged $300,000 for the photo rights of their low-key and family-oriented celebration.
“They are selling them through photo agency JPI,” says an insider.
Hell, if some jackass was stupid enough to give me $300,000 for pictures of my birthday party, I’d do it too.
They’re smart. Whether or not they have talent is questionable and subjective, but they do have enough common sense the keep their “empire”.
Is this really surprising? They have been schooled first hand since they were toddlers on how to capitilize on a moment. But for all that money, they really appear more stand-offish than happy. Just proves what the experts are saying: You only need a certain amount of money in life, and after that it doesn’t make any difference at all.
They arent spoiled or anything. They earned their money and they are smart business women. Anyone in their right mind would sell a few Bday pics for 300 grand. Dont be jealous.
This isn’t an act of money hungry. It’s a way to make people stop taking pictures of you. and if they really really do then they pay. Britney gives them the finger, that doesn’t seem to work. they are smart business oriented ghouls
