That wasn’t necessary. I don’t care who she was talking about or what Paris has done, some respect and decency is all that’s required. And taking the piss out of her when she gave in to the fact that she was going to jail and was brave enough to show face at an award ceremony really grinds my gears.

I’m pretty angry about this.

And I really don’t like Paris at all.

That was awesome!!! It was TOTALLY necessary because it gave her a nice does of REALITY before checking into the slammer. NOBODY REALLY likes her. Nobody respects her…and this was very apparent with the response. EVERYONE was laughing at her and she was about to cry…and with everything she’s done over the years to cause hurt to others, IT’S ABOUT DAMN TIME SHE IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF IT!!!!

Hilarious. I love it. I wish she would have been a little harsher on Lohan. Overall, she was great.

I have to agree with the first poster, this was totally unnecessary. I don’t like Paris (like most people, duh), but that was too harsh. There’s a difference between laughing at someone or ridiculing someone THAT way. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I actually feel sorry for the way she was treated by Sarah.

Hilarious!! By far, the best part of the show! She obviously is basking in the attention or else she wouldn’t have shown up. Unfortunately for her, it was entertaining to the rest of us. I’m sorry but I’m sure she has ridiculed and tormented far too many of the “not rich, cool, or pretty enough” crowd that this is what she inevitably had coming.

oh get a grip…go back and look at the way she made fun of lindsay on camera same diff. she has her head up in the clouds. This lady isn’t funny AT ALL. I was cringing throughout the show. If you want a REAL female comedian bring on Maya Rudolph or Amy Poeler. These 2 ladies don’t even have to talk to make me laugh.. they are amazing. This Sarah Silverman tries way too hard, it’s almost sad.

she was horrible. the only funny thing she did was that skit using movies w/ will smith, jennifer hudson ect…other than that she wasnt funny at all. if ur gonna hire a female comedian get wanda skyes sherrie shepard or ellen.

Silverman just said what we all have been thinking and what Hollywood has been thinking for some time. She just said it. AND said it to Paris. I think its about time Paris gets that all she is famous for is being an heiress, her soft porn, and partying. No talent AT ALL! She must have people around her who lie about what she is about and what people think of her. And the sad thing is she believes it…nothing like a narcisstic personality defect behind bars.

I am hoping Paris slinks away after this…her horrible 15 minutes has got to be up. Maybe its in overtime due to so much exposure…I can only hope AND only hope I don’t have to read about her for the 23 days she is in prison, or ever.

wow some ppl are soo harsh..yeah paris might have made fun of ppl or was not the best person in the world but she never got on stage and took low blows at anyone thas cruel and sarah silverman sucks and even the celebrities in the audience were not laughing at her stupid “jokes.” so what if paris made some mistakes and is in jail? its life, not everyone is going to be perfect at least she is owning up to all of it and is sitting in the slammer now which most people probably can’t even imagine i def feel really bad for her to have to sit there and take that and she handled it with more class then most ppl would

I think Paris should be able to take being fun of since the premise of her reality show is just that…making fun of people she deems below her in some way either economically, socially, or where and how they live. Paris has made fun of people and its only karma that its back at her. Ooooooh and that karma was simmering for some time.

Silverman’s comment about Britney’s kids:

“Have you seens Britney’s kids? Oh my God, they are the most adorable mistakes that you will ever see…they are so cute…they are as cute as the hairless vagina they came out of”

First of all I am offended and they are not even my kids. Children are NEVER mistakes, they are gifts from God and for a self-centered egotistical jerk to say that about 2 beautiful children is disgusting just to get a rise out of her viewing audience. Second, if the dumbass knew what the hell she was talking about the children didn’t come out of Brit’s vagina…she had TWO C-SECTIONS….and incidentally even though I think Brit could have chosen a better outfit to wear for the awards, no one should be condeming her tummy because she had 2 babies back to back and both were by c-section…personally I don’t think she looks bad for that…c-sections cut through all the muscles in her tummy and she did it twice within 1 year…Give her a break on the tummy flab for God’s Sake.

As for the children, leave them out of it. If you have a problem with Brit…well she is a public figure and has put herself in the public eye for years…just like any celebrity she must deal with the press, even when the press is just dead wrong. But the Kids??? NO we should not accept comments and hurtful words toward the innocent children…that is plain wrong.

As far as Brit’s stage performance, well she has a long way to go.. She will be back. She needs work and her management should be guiding her in a better direction but don’t underestimate her…not yet. Eventually she will find her own again, don’t write Britney off…she will make a come back and it will be big…but comments like Silverman’s comments should not be accepted by our society and she should be condemned for that.
