I do disagree with one thing that was mentioned in the post. I do not believe that Paris will come out of Jail a contrite and humble human being. She was lucky to get probation instead of 30 days for a DUI. Then she violated probation 3 times: Not going to court-ordered alcohol awareness class, 70 in a 35 without a license, driving with no lights without a license. Probation is an agreement that you don’t have to go to jail if you follow the rules–she didn’t so its bye bye Paris. Why is that so hard for some of you to understand? I agree with commonsense 2007-Perhaps the judge saved some little kids life and perhaps Paris’s too because shes on a road to self-destruction! Partying ever night she may end up like Anna Nichol Smith then the people now whining about her 45 days will be whining “why didn’t the judicial system do something when she was still alive?” I can only wonder how many starving kids that selfish woman could feed with just half of her partying money alone! In a statement issued through her legal team yesterday, Paris said: “Today I told my attorneys not to appeal the judge’s decision. While I greatly appreciate the Sheriff’s concern for my health and welfare, after meeting with doctors I intend to serve my time as ordered by the judge.”
