Well….it’s obviously clear…..no matter what, Britney Spears will always and forever be able to fill up a House of Blues venue. Tonight’s show on the Sunset Strip was twice as packed as the HoB event in San Diego. The only high profile celebrity who was there to support was none other than Lindsay Lohan, who just had to get her attention fix. As soon as the show ended, she walked out to the valet area and got the crowd crazy. Seems like she needed the attention she felt she didn’t get when Britney was on stage. She later left, it’s not like she was waiting for a car.
About Britney……pretty much same old same old…..nothing new for the Los Angelinos. 12 minutes, same routine. She exited the stage and said two words “Thank You”.
Former dancers T.J. Espinoza and Nick Florez were there, I obviously came up to say hello, they were excited to hang out for a bit as we had not seen eachother for at least a year or two. They both told me they were currently choreographing. I asked them both why they weren’t up on stage and they said “All female dancers this time”.
I finally got a glimpse of the X17 paparazzi……holy shit man…..they seriously look like they’re from Compton or East L.A. Those aren’t people I’d ever want to mess with. Those dudes are fearless. The group leader was on his bluetooth, coordinating all exits and entrances with their crew.
The entire TMZ staff was there too…..can’t wait to see what their take on the concert will be. Either way, the place was friggin packed…..but at the end of the day, everyone and their mother….loves a train wreck :)
What has Britney accomplished thus far with her HoB tour? 12 minutes of entertainment for people on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The big picture will be totally different. I hope she gets her stuff together as well as the proper management she needs.

I never heard this referred to as a comeback by anyone other than the gossips. And her name is not on the marquee. Strikes me the girl wanted to get up in front of a crowd. Seems like a good idea to me when you have been away for a couple of years. She would probably need to conquer her fear of what if I can’t get up there again after leaving, having kids, having a public breakdown, enter rehab and trying to get it together again. Next step is probably learning something new, recording dancing and then going out as Britney Spears. Then we can judge. I think the funniest part of all this hullabulloo is that everyone talks about keeping it real….Well guess what….she kept it real, she isnt going out there trying to be like beyonce and tara, with their WEAVES, she isnt out there PROMOTING a new CD, she is getting her feet wet, and performing. No where on the tickets for HOB’s says the M&Ms will perform for a set amount of time.
