Lindsay Lohan goes oldschool for her new photoshoot for Nylon Magazine. Aside from the obvious photoshop-fication (word I just made up) of the pictures, they look pretty cool but they look like ads. In the quote on the main picture, she is talking about the paparazzi and that is pretty sad. This is the same girl who has been quoted saying that she doesn’t like being alone.
This is why it’s such a big deal, and why I get so worried… I’m at the point where…oh my God…I’m going to go out! I work hard enough and I know how to take care of myself. I don’t know what’s going to happen tomorrow. I will say, though, that it’s so much harder to stay sober in New York. Though it’s hard in L.A. not to go out, it gets lonely. Being an actress is lonely, and I never want to be alone. I hate sleeping alone.
Yes, I agree with LL. The profession of an actor does get lonely, but to resort to sleeping around or involving yourself with bad influences doesn’t make it any better.
On the paparazzi:
I get embarrassed about the paparazzi if I’m in a chic restaurant, or when I was in the AA meetings. I felt very disrespectful because those people are doing that for themselves and it’s no one elses’ business. But that was the only time it was embarrassing–other times, I obviously like it I wouldn’t ever want them to not take my picture. I’d be worried. I’d be like, ‘Do people not care about me?

She really needs more help apparently, likes attention a little too much- whether bad or good. Reminds me of my 7 year old, hopefully he’ll grow out of it before her age. And those pics are horrible- she looks stiff! BTW, what’s the deal with the fire extinguisher & phone in the one? Weird!!
This girl is a self-absorbed fool. If she wants people to take her serious, STAY HOME FOR ONCE!!!! There is such a thing as overexposure, and man, is she overexposed. She is still a child, which explains A LOT, but she needs to focus on her acting, and not partying. And what is with her “backing out” of movies with A-List top actors? She backed out of a movie with Kiera Knightly, is she fucking crazy? I think she is demanding way to much money that she isn’t worth, and no one wants to hire her. Who would want to hire her? With all the bull shit that goes on around this drama queen, it would be all bad press. Good luck darling, you’ll need it. One of these days, someone is going to stop taking her picture, and she will have a nervous breakdown. She just keep spiraling farther and farther down.

That is like one of the most PATHETIC things I’ve ever heard from quote by a celeb. How depressing… eewwwww! And she thinks she is this hot, wanted movie actress??? Puhleeez! All she is known for now is partying, having 5 trillion paparazzi pictures-taken-per-second because she is an easy target and LOVES the soap-opera of it all, and being an embarrassment to the word “celebrity.” Didn’t she say (once, I think?) that she wants to be a serious actress and win an Oscar??? WTF? I think that if most people were to go to see a movie with her in it, they would just see Lindsay media-whore Lohan on screen and NOT the character she is (trying) to portray.
The possibility of her career as a talented actress ever winning an Oscar or, even doing something with some fuckin depth in a movie or in life, is basically zilch.
