Ok, lets get real for a minute… her dress?? If anything the dress can only help her. The one thing I noticed that all the “supporters” are trying to ignore is how LARGE she’s gotten. Maybe you’ve all seen her in the developing stages but the last time I saw a pic of her was at least 2 years ago.. and during Idol Gives back, it was like.. BAM!!! Good God! What happened??. Maybe it’s not a “Bad” thing if your a female and you need self-reassurance, but Kelly has the “allure” factor as part of her music in the same way that Jessica Alba does as an actor, so to let it get That out of control looks more like NO control. (she doesn’t have a baby like Britney to blame it on)One name comes to mind.. Carnie Wilson. (if she’s not careful) Maybe you female fans will still love her but the guys arn’t exactly gonna flock anymore if she grows any wider.

Kelly’s got a pretty face & a very beautiful voice, but not the sexiest body. She does look healthy. If she does’t gain anymore weight she’ll be fine.

I can’t believe you all are focusing on her weight. Is it any surprise why anorexia and bulimia are epidemics? If we don’t stop picking apart women’s bodies, women will never truly be free, as we will continue to focus on our bodies instead of our minds and souls, and we will continue to die to live up to some stupid social norm. Kelly is an amazing singer and to focus on her weight is degrading and ridiculous. She is beautiful at any size, as are all women. We have to stop the insanity.

I think she’s beautiful, sexy, intelligent, funny, talented, etc. She is a strong woman - a great role model and down to earth. Even though she can’t say those three little words (read her interview in elle magazine) I can say them.. I’m in love!!! :)

Amazing how everyone focuses on her weight when SO many FAT MEN are now running around in Hollywood. Turn on your tv set and you are bombarded with fat guys yet women are still expected to be bone-thin? Geeze, its not like she weighs 200 lbs, she looks fine! She’s just not…UNDERweight. Why is it these men prefer women to look like 12 yr old boys in a bikini??? Makes you wonder…

It is totally amazing that some people have been so negative about her body image. One user posted that the guys won’t be flocking to her anytime soon. That’s outrageous!

Kelly is a beautiful person inside and out, and she’s a damned talented artist.

We all have gained a few pounds here and there, but does that give us the right to ridicule her because she’s in the public eye?

For all of those people who called her fat, and said she needs to get a trainer because “she can afford it”, take a look inside yourselves and your shallowness before you open your mouth about someone you don’t even know.
