Yep, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. He’s definitely got it…you can tell from the nonexistent, weak chin, and the widely spaced eyes. And poor thing looks like he’s gonna be a redhead, and we all know that NOTHING is more ugly than a redheaded guy. He doesn’t have a chance in Hell to grow up to be anything other than a white trash loser, just like Momma.
