Don’t know how windy it must have been but Britney Spears was making sure her hat stayed put as she got into her car. She waved and showed off her newest tattoo, the one she got right after the “incident”.

It’s her cousin Alli Sims, who is now her assistant since Felicia left her! She’s related to Britney from her Dad’s side. Alli also (or maybe use to) works for Mindy Weiss (wedding planner to the celebrities).
