“When Paris called me (after she was pulled over on Feb. 27), she asked if her license was suspended,” Mintz said. “If that’s the case, she and I are unaware of it.”
But Nick Velasquez, spokesman for the City Attorney’s Office, said Thursday: “We have sufficient evidence to prove that Hilton had knowledge of the suspension, and yet continued to drive.”
A hearing was set for April 17.
It’s going to very interesting to see how much “power” the Hilton family truly has and if lawyers will find a way to get her out of this mess. If Paris Hilton goes to jail, it’s going to be huge (apart from the fact that she will get some serious carpet munching time!)

Not to make her seem even more airhead-y…but Ive had friends who had been given a DUI, and having a DUI and Suspended License, go arm and arm. There is not well “maybe I have my license”, you dont, and then you get a provisional one at that when your clear.
hahaahahah i wish to see her in jail!!!!!
hmmm the captions just aren’t funny, ugh, I wish this site was quite a bit more whitty….not what I was expecting so far
Scott, that’s because Ruebn is trying to be funny and copy other blogs’ humor (perezhilton; dlisted) but he just can’t unfortunately.
Big Bird won’t go to jail. Please, it’s LA, for Christ sake! Otherwise known as the same town that locked up Michelle Rodriguez for all of ONE HOUR!
she wont to go to be eating up real good
