Britney Spears has come to an out of court divorce settlement with her soon to be ex-husband Kevin Federline.The divorce deal is said to be worth nearly $13 million dollars. The deal includes one up front lump payment of $2 million dollars, half of the money Britney Spears earned during the couple’s two-year marriage and half of the price that their marital home in Malibu sells for. The deal also includes an agreement to share custody of their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
It is rumoured though not confirmed that Britney will have primary custodyof the children with Kevin having full visitation rights.

well tmz is now reporting they know for a fact that hes only getting around 1 million or less plus property values. so….this may just be a rumor. and also ruben i wanted to let you know that britney is now taking action against the false allegations the magazines have been throwing out, such as bullemia, the anti christ story, drug abuse for 8 years story, etc. she needed to do this because it was obvious that they lied. britney is really a smart girl. she even used a decoy the other night so the stalkarazzi will leave her alone. she isnt that stupid huh?
